As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location near multiple subway stations and Akihabara. The staff at The B Ochanomizu were incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Toda, his colleague on the night shift, and Ms. Lee. They went above and beyond by printing out detailed train schedules to Narita airport and providing us with thorough directions to various locations using the metro. The hotel offered tea and coffee facilities, a large clean bathroom, hygiene products, and even pyjamas. We also appreciated the quiet rooms, clothes line in the bathroom, and windows with city views. The proximity to Family Marts and cafés made it easy to grab essentials or enjoy a quick snack. Additionally, the hotel offered baggage storage on the day of our arrival and departure.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and have no complaints.

The location of the hotel was good (near a subway station).

It is realy near to the subway and you are very quick at Tokio Station. Internet is also free.

The room was tiny, barely fitting two people, and had no space for our luggage. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a foul odor coming from the pipes. Furthermore, the website information was not accurate regarding the room size. It was disappointing to find out that we had to pay an extra fee to stay a little longer after the checkout time. it was not a pleasant experience during my thanksgiving stay.
